Advanced Skin Rejuvenation

Evidence-based treatments designed to restore your skin’s natural vitality and youthful radiance — working on texture, tone, pore size and scarring at the level of the dermis rather than masking them at the surface.

Micro-Needling PRP & PRF HydraFacial Chemical Peels Mesotherapy

Collagen Induction

Micro-Needling

Micro-needling creates thousands of controlled micro-channels through the epidermis into the papillary dermis. Your skin responds the way it responds to any injury — by laying down fresh collagen and elastin — but without the thermal damage of ablative resurfacing.

It is our most versatile treatment: genuinely effective on acne scarring, enlarged pores, fine lines, stretch marks and overall texture, and safe across all Fitzpatrick skin types, including deeper skin tones where laser resurfacing carries pigmentation risk.

  • Safe for all skin tones, including Fitzpatrick IV–VI
  • Course of three to six sessions, four weeks apart
  • Can be paired with mesotherapy or PRF in the same appointment

Regenerative

PRP & the Vampire Facial

We draw a small volume of your blood, spin it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and growth factors, and return that concentrate to your skin. Because it is entirely your own biological material, there is no allergy risk and no foreign substance involved.

PRP can be injected directly for volume-free rejuvenation, or applied topically during micro-needling — the combination known as the vampire facial, where the micro-channels carry the growth factors deep into the dermis.

  • Autologous — nothing foreign is introduced
  • Excellent for under-eye quality, texture and post-acne scarring
  • Also used for hair restoration — see our hair programs

Professional HydraFacial

A three-stage vortex treatment: cleanse and exfoliate, extract congestion with gentle suction rather than manual pressure, then saturate the skin with hydrating serums, peptides and antioxidants.

It is the treatment to book before an event. Skin looks noticeably clearer and more luminous immediately, with no flaking, no redness and nothing to hide. Patients on a monthly cadence see cumulative improvement in congestion and pore size.

  • Visible result the same day — ideal before a wedding or shoot
  • Suits every skin type including sensitive and rosacea-prone
  • Monthly maintenance recommended for congested skin

Medical-grade chemical peel at AMAC

Medical-Grade Chemical Peels

A controlled chemical exfoliation that removes damaged surface layers and drives accelerated cell turnover underneath. We select acid and depth to the diagnosis — salicylic for active, oily acne; mandelic and lactic for sensitive or deeper skin tones; TCA for pigmentation and textural scarring.

Depth is a clinical decision, not a menu item. In deeper skin tones an inappropriately aggressive peel causes post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that takes months to resolve, so we build up gradually across a course.

Pre-treatment matters Patients with melasma or a history of hyperpigmentation are usually primed with a topical regimen for two to four weeks before their first peel. This is included in the treatment plan.

Micro-Injection

Mesotherapy

A tailored cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and hyaluronic acid delivered in micro-doses directly into the dermis — bypassing the barrier that stops most of what you apply topically from ever reaching the tissue that needs it.

We formulate to the concern: brightening blends for dullness and uneven tone, hydrating blends for dehydrated or air-conditioned skin, and scalp formulations for thinning hair.

  • Formulated per patient, not off a fixed menu
  • Course of four to six, two weeks apart
  • Pairs well with micro-needling in the same visit

Scar Revision

Acne Scar Treatment

Acne scars are not one problem. Rolling scars are tethered to the tissue below and need those tethers physically released — a technique called subcision. Boxcar scars need their edges resurfaced. Ice-pick scars need focal TCA. Treating all three the same way is why so many patients arrive here having spent thousands without improvement.

We diagnose scar type first, then combine subcision, micro-needling, PRF and focal acid across a staged plan. Realistic expectation for a well-planned course is 50 to 80 percent improvement, not erasure.

  • Scar-type diagnosis and photographic tracking at every visit
  • Subcision, micro-needling, PRF and TCA used in combination
  • Safe and effective across deeper skin tones
